The Tracia studios are located in the Alcalá Norte area, on Alcalá Street, just a few metres from the apartment, and in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, it is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.



The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers and important companies, in addition to being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Centre.



Due to its good connection, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, in addition to reaching Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina, and other strategic locations in Madrid in just minutes and in a direct line.



All of this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy your time in the city.



The study:



This cosy studio is located on the second floor of the building and has capacity for four guests.



Its avant-garde character combines a modern decoration with a loft-style design, which provides a pleasant personality to the entire accommodation.



The ground floor integrates the living room and kitchen, providing comfort and practicality to the space. The living room has a Smart TV, an elegant dining table and a comfortable sofa bed with capacity for two people. We can also find a toilet.



On the upper floor is the bathroom with shower, and the room with a double bed.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.



To take into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system.



Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone. Any check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR in cash.
