The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a family house and is perfect for families or groups of 6 - 8 people. It covers an area of 110 m2 and consists of three comfortable bedrooms, a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen connected to the living room. The living room opens onto a terrace with a private pool of 28 m2, where you can enjoy the sun and refreshment away from the city bustle.
Free private parking is available for guests, and children will especially enjoy the children's playground located in the yard. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, which cools the entire space during warmer days. Pets are free (max. 1). More pets on request and for an additional fee.
This location offers the perfect blend of peace and nature, yet you are a short drive from popular destinations such as Rovinj, Poreč and Pazin.
