I’m Niccolò, I was born and grew up in Florence and I still live in this wonderful city.
I’m an architect and since years, I manage holiday villas-apartments in Florence town and in the hills around.

What I like?
Horses, Nature, Hiking, Trail Running, Cooking… and I love to interact with new people from different parts of the world.
I love Trail Running, I did some Ultra races (Ultra Trail Mont Blanc, Trail Sacred Forest...).
My family owns the Villa Cafaggiolo estate since almost 50 years; it took a long time and a hard work to transform and old farmhouse (abandoned in the sixties) into an amazing, comfortable villa as it is now.
We began this business of renting our apartments in Villa Cafaggiolo, in 1998… so we are hosting and meeting people for all over the world, since 25 years now!

"" I have stayed at Villa Cafaggiolo several times in the past 10 years. It is a beautiful property, perfectly situated on a commuter train line 20 minutes East of Florence. The property itself is very picturesque with all of the buildings done in Tuscan farm style. There is a lovely swimming pool and a rose garden. But what makes the experience of visiting Cafaggiolo so memorable is the warmth and friendliness and helpfulness of the owners, the Pucci family. They are always ready with a recommendation of where to eat, what to see, where to get the best gelato in Florence,etc. They truly treat the guests as if they are family, and many guests are repeat customers. We had a very warm welcome from Paola and we instantly hit it off.
