This was by far the best accommodations of our Italy trip. The apartment was homey and comfortable for our party of eight. The rooms were spacious and offered privacy and the common areas were wonderful for gathering. The host was extremely welcoming. We loved the touches of wine, tea, coffee and water upon arrival. Thank you for making our Florence stay memorable!!

Beautiful spacious well-appointed apartment in a nice section of Florence. It was about a 20 minute walk to the historic section. Elevator was a nice added bonus! Air conditioner worked great. Would definitely recommend.

This is a spacious, well appointed apartment in a nice section of town. There were 6 women friends and we had plenty of space to stretch out but also sit together in the living room. We could get most everywhere by walking-- we got in a lot of steps! Deanna was very helpful with checking in and sharing information with us. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful apartment. Fantastic size for a group of eight though could easily fit 10. The check in process was easy with host being very responsive. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and room spacious. Great air conditioning. Great location overall a fantastic place to stay for our family to stay.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer sicheren, guten Lage. Innenstadt zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Nur Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe waren wenig.

The apartment was clean and well appointed. I was a good proximity to the train station and all the history sites. Deanna the property manager, was at the apartment to greet us. We would definitely stay there again!

City break

An excellent apartment to suit large groups. Didn't have a hot tub which was advertised, it was a communication mix up as it was meant to be a bath tub. Relatively good location, 10- 15 mins from local train station, 30-45 mins walk to main tourist attractions. Could do with extra tables in the seating area, and an over the bath shower. Disposing of the waste wasn’t as easy as it could have been due to the locked bins and having to return the key.

Huge apartment with comfy beds and pillows. Within walking distance of all the main attractions in Florence. We all enjoyed our stay here.

Awesome experience - great host

First time we've been to Italy and we were not sure what to expect. Two families of four stayed here and we were all very impressed with the apartment. It is big enough for two families and very modern and clean. Dea (host) was very responsive and took care of one minor internet issue before she even left while checking us in. We are in a different VRBO in Rome now and would take the one in Florence any day over this one. Close enough to walk to just about any major attraction (including the main train station) and it's outside of the "touristy" area so you can get authentic Italian cuisine nearby. Would 10/10 rent from them again.

Amazing stay, walk everywhere

The pictures don’t do it justice. Normally the reality is always a bit worse than the pictures, not here. Beautiful apartment, lovingly decorated. Location is great. We walked to all the sights, restaurants. The kitchen is a bit snall but has everything. The check in process unfortunately required us to meet someone in person, and that person was driving an hour to meet us there. As we were driving from Rome, that was very stressful and took the joy out of the ride. We had a lot of traffic and arrived hours after originally planned, and could then also not stop at any of the sights on the way .

Lovely place. Wonderful location.

Loved our week in this beautiful flat in Florence. We fit seven people comfortably. Its within 30 minutes walking from pretty much anything you would want to see.

AMAZING 👏

We absolutely loved this apartment. It is so spacious and beautifully decorated. One evening was rainly and we had plenty of room to sit around and talk, or play cards at the table. The elevator was a welcome bonus as two of us were having knee problems. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.

Favourite stay!

The photos do not do this stunning apartment justice. Loved our 3 night stay here and would definitely book here again. The unit is spectacular. Location is pretty great too. It has everything we wanted - spacious, clean, good amenities. The blackout curtains were super useful. The only thing I would suggest is more TVs in some of the rooms.

Wonderful, massive apartment short walk to everything

I stayed in the apartment with my extended family and there was so much room! We were very impressed with the modern apartment and its facilities plus Francesa as the host. The location was on a main road a bit of a walk to get everywhere but was still very quiet and dark once the shutters were down. We didn't mind the walk at all but a little challenging with a pram. Would certainly recommend the apartment to family and friend groups and we would definitely stay again.
