Settle into a spacious, well-equipped apartment with approximately 112 m² of indoor space in central Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and three private terraces, there is room to spend time together—and space to unwind on your own.

Each terrace catches the sun at a different time of day, making it easy to enjoy breakfast outdoors, a relaxed afternoon or the evening air. The living areas and two of the three bedrooms have air conditioning. The third bedroom, located beside one of the terraces, has a fan instead. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. The building has a lift, and one designated parking space is available in the shared garage.

The residential complex has green communal areas and a shared outdoor pool, normally open from June to September. Mercadona is about 130 metres away, Parque de la Paloma about 250 metres and Arroyo de la Miel train station about 450 metres. The beach is approximately a 10–15-minute walk away.

The apartment is a practical base for families, couples and longer stays, with shops, restaurants, public transport and the coast within easy reach. A car is not essential for everyday plans.

Please note that the pool is shared and seasonal.

We chose this neighbourhood because it makes everyday holiday life easy. The supermarket, Parque de la Paloma, Arroyo de la Miel station, restaurants and the beach are all within walking distance, so a car is not essential. At the same time, the apartment is in a residential complex with greenery and a shared seasonal pool. We particularly enjoy breakfast on the terrace, an afternoon swim and an evening walk towards the seafront. The nearby train station is convenient for Málaga Airport and for exploring the coast.

The three private terraces are the defining feature of the apartment. They face different directions, so you can enjoy the outdoor spaces at different times of day—from morning coffee to an evening drink. Together with the spacious interior, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, they give families and friends room to spend time together and apart.

The living areas and two bedrooms have air conditioning. The third bedroom, located beside one of the terraces, has a fan instead. A lift, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, one designated space in the shared garage and access to the shared seasonal pool make the apartment practical for both holidays and longer stays.
