Playa de la Duquesa (El Castillo) is close and lovely for a walk, sunbathing, swimming, calm water, sandy beach.
Playa la Gaviotas is just west of the Marina, more intimate, nice for a more relaxed beach visit.
The prominade along the sea is pleasant, especially at sunset. It connects Sabinillas, Castillo, the Port etc. Walking, chilling, enjoying views.
Water and adventure sports
Duquesa activities offers many options, kayaking, paddle surf, windkarts.
Fishing and Dolphin boat tours are also available.
Golf
La Duquesa Golf club is immediately inland, 18 holes, good views of mountains and sea.
There are many other Golf courses nearby Estepona, Sotogrande.
Culture
The Castillo de la Duquesa castle from the 18th century overlooking the sea, its a cultural spot and provides great views.
Manilva the inland village with vineyards, there are museums, wine tasting, harvest festivals.
