Wonderful pet friendly ground floor 1 bedroom condo in downtown Winter Park. An open floor plan has 9-foot ceilings, hardwood flooring in the main rooms and new carpeting in the bedroom. A gourmet kitchen, living room with comfortable sofa, gas fireplace, 48” flat screen HDTV, small dining area to seat 4, private patio with seating and BBQ grill. 1 car garage parking. On the free town shuttle or you can easily walk to all of the downtown attractions.

Great getaway

The condo was a great spot for my new husband and I to get away and enjoy some time in winter park! Easy to access and it was lovely to have a garage to park in. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Great location and layout

Really enjoyed our stay, the two of us and our two pups. Very easy in and out, and location great for walking to places as well as walking our fur babies.

First family trip

This property was great for my husband and our 6 month old! It was a quick weekend getaway and we loved how close this place was to everything. Loved walking to grab food and beer with the stroller! Would definitely stay again!

Great location

Stay worked well for a brief getaway. Was able to walk to the shuttle to winter park and grocery/restaurants. Space worked well- sparsely equipped- no extra pillow cases, paper towels or spices (other than salt and pepper). But good for a brief stay.

Quick Ski Trip

Cozy condo with a great location in town - perfect for a pre-holiday getaway with my husband, one of our sons, and our two dogs. The garage is heated - nice for storing ski equipment and a more comfortable drive to the slopes.

Review

Refridge/freezer made constant high pitch whirling sound. K-Cup coffee maker did not work. The Drip coffee maker had a broken spring in the drip area so it did not work. Made water overflow with coffee grounds. We had to go buy a new coffee maker. The carpet was badly stained and did not look vacuumed. Was even sticky in areas. We tried to vacuum ourselves but both vacuums on site were unusable. One had a destroyed cord and one was filthy and picked up nothing. Kitchen (including fridge) and bathroom were clean though. Patio had a torn up chair and was messy/unclean as well as sliding glass doors in loving room and bedroom.
