Our standard is to provide one towel per guest, and we apologize that your group did not receive the correct amount. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will be sure to share your comments with our local team so we can prevent this from happening in the future. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to have to purchase extra towels during your trip. Regarding the oven, we apologize for any disappointment this caused. Some of our homes are equipped with alternative cooking appliances, and we will make sure our listing is clear about what’s available so future guests can plan accordingly. Transparency is important to us and the photos and descriptions in our listing accurately describe our home but we regret any aspect didn’t match your expectations.
