Melissa was very responsive and friendly. Villa De Paz was delightfully tranquil with an amazing pool, spa, and fire pit with a gorgeous view of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. The location was close to everything we needed and we felt very safe. I can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful Casita.

We enjoyed our stay at the Casita in North Phoenix. It is a beautiful property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to a variety of amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and place

Enjoyed my stay. Central location in a quiet neighborhood was convenient to everything. Casita had plenty of space for me, was well appointed and very clean. I didn’t need anything once I arrived. Much better than staying in a hotel!

Absolutely must visit place!

This was the most relaxing place to stay! So close to everything and yet it is quiet ,peaceful and private! The owner is so easy to communicate with and she goes above and beyond to make your stay the most relaxing, wonderful, amazing experience ever!

A little zen getaway

The casita was beautiful! Setup very well with guests in mind; luggage racks, basic toiletries and kitchen supplies for cooking! The property is gorgeous and so peaceful, if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of life…this is it! We truly enjoyed our stay and our visit from Zoey!

Amazing Propert Amazing Host

Private little oasis. Close to everything you need and nothing you don’t. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Our second stay was just as good as the first. Will be back again.

Oasis in Paradise

This was a lovely property, in a lovely neighborhood. The mountain views and desert landscaping were amazing. The casita was spotless and well-equipped. The host was great, and well organized with all matters concerning this rental. We would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect for husband and I. Located in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood close to hiking trails, it was just what we were looking for. The property was large, pool and hot tub were perfect. The casita itself had everything we needed for restful time away. Melissa was absolutely amazing and we would definitely return.

Amazing casita and property

This property is beyond beautiful! Very secluded you can see and hear nature but yet within 2 miles of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores! Great areas for walking. I enjoyed the pool, sundeck and firepit. The pool furniture is top notch and the casita has everything needed. I Love this place and will stay again!

An absolutely beautiful property! Very quiet and peaceful. Felt like we were at a resort. Melissa was very communicative and responsive. The airport, downtown Phoenix, and Scottsdale is about a 20 minute drive away! Very easy to get to anywhere you need to go.

AZ Paradise

Melissa was a fabulous host. She checked in with us, made herself available for any questions or recommendations during our stay and respected our privacy. The casita was a beautiful, private oasis!! The property was exactly as described and matched the pictures. The linens were soft, the bed comfortable, kitchen stocked and the casita was nicely decorated. The location is close to hiking trails, restaurants and was very safe. I can’t compliment the outdoor area enough….pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ and multiple very comfortable seating options including chaise lounge chairs. We will definitely be planning a return trip!! We just left after staying for 5 nights and had an absolutely wonderful stay! Melissa was a fantastic host. The casita is super cute and well kept. Looks like it’s been updated recently. We had everything we needed. Great pool. Great outdoor amenities. Melissa is a very gracious host. Would absolutely recommend staying here!!

A beautiful getaway

Previous reviews were accurate…this property is a gem! Location is very good and the property is so private, located on a very lovely street which provides a great place for a walk. Melissa was wonderful, very helpful when we needed assistance with the TV service. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated. We loved the hot tub, it was too cool to use the pool. Loved our experience!

Beautiful, well appointed casita.

This little casita is perfect for a getaway to Phoenix. It has everything you need from a comfortable bed, nice furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. Melissa has thought of everything. There were snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us and little toiletries in the bathroom. The grounds are gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool and by the fire pit. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.
