Welcome to Casa Eva, a charming two-bedroom retreat located in the peaceful urbanizacion Punta-Doncella . Just a five-minute walk from the beach, the harbour, and the beautiful Playa del Cristo, this stylish townhouse invites you to slow down, soak up the sun, and enjoy the relaxed rhythm of Mediterranean living.

Inside, you’ll find bright and airy interiors designed for comfort and ease. The open-plan living area connects naturally to your own private terrace, perfect for morning coffee, leisurely lunches, or an evening glass of wine in the warm coastal air.

You can also enjoy the community swimming pool (from 1 april til 1 november open) a lovely place to unwind and cool off after a day by the sea. With two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern amenities, Casa Eva offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.
