A very comfortable and charming place that makes everything that one could want available (for sleeping, cooking, relaxing, etc.)And even though it is literally in the heart of the tourist area it is very secure and incredibly quiet.

I have never stayed in the 1st Arrondissement before, but was so pleased with the location. Major sites are easily walkable, lots of restaurants, shopping on Rue St Honor and the convenience of Chatelet Les Halles right outside the door was amazing. And even though the apartment building is located in a busy area, we heard no street noise as the apartment overlooks an interior courtyard full of greenery. Very peaceful. The apartment itself is roomy and very comfortable. We loved it and look forward to staying again

Our Return to Paris!

Excellent location, access to public transportation, foodie street rue Montorgueil, safe, quiet apartment. VRBO Host Catherine was responsive to my questions and very helpful. She made. A dinner reservation for me! Highly recommend her place!

Great location!

I loved staying here. It was very safe feeling and very comfortable! It was close to trains and the metro. I love the Marais arrondissement. So many shops, cafes and personality!!

Great apartment in Paris!

The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Paris and visiting the Olympic venues. It was quiet and convenient to have washer/dryer. The easy booking and communication with owner was excellent.

We were very happy staying in Catherine’s apartment! We loved the location!! It was very lively, lots of restaurants, shopping, cafes, bars, jazz, rock, and very close to the metro. Even though the area was busy the apartment was quiet. Very central location to all of Paris. The apartment was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We felt right at home! The lift was helpful for luggage and we appreciated not having to walk lots of stairs. The washer, dryer and dishwasher were nice conveniences and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the balcony overlooking a lovely courtyard. The building had locks on the doors to get into the building for security. Catherine was very quick to respond to messages and was very helpful. This was our first time in Paris and we didn’t know what to expect, but we would stay in Catherine’s apartment again!! The apartment looks exactly like the Vrbo photos. Excellent stay!

Great place to stay.

Lovely apartment with beautiful balcony. Great location, by les Halles, rue Montorgueil, rue de Rivoli, easy access to all of Paris. Many, many restaurants nearby. Owner is an artist, and her paintings grace the apartment.

First visit to Paris

This VRBO was exactly as advertised. Great location with the Metro stops very close. In a busy area but the apartment was super quiet. Bed was comfortable and the washer and dryer are a plus. Tons of shopping and restaurants close by. Overall a nice place great location.

Lovely, spacious and quaint

This is a perfect apartment for 2 travelers where my cousin and I had separate sleeping areas. Tons of storage and ample closet space made organizing upon arrival a snap. Also, the location is convenient to Metro buses and trains allowing for inexpensive travel throughout our stay.

Very nice Paris apartment

It's a great location. You can walk to the Louvre and museums. Lots of stores and transportation close by. The apartment has everything you need. Even has an elevator.

Outstanding!

Everything about this apartment was perfect for our 2-week stay in Paris. The location allowed us to walk or take the metro to all of the sites we hoped to see. Nearby restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores, and shops were wonderful. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. We are so grateful to have had the chance to stay here.

comfortable, quiet and centrally located

This was a very nice place to stay - transit was right outside the door, as well as Monoprix and anything else you might need. The building felt very safe and was an oasis of quiet in the middle of a very busy neighborhood - Les Halles. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. There was a washer/dryer, a very nice shower and a very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed staying here.
