This charming family room is the perfect retreat for families and travellers looking for a central and comfortable stay. Located in the heart of Coimbra, you will be just steps away from the main attractions, restaurants and stores.

The space was designed to offer a cosy and inviting atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The comfortable twin beds and the double bed will ensure peaceful nights. The room is equipped with two televisions, a coffee machine, and a kettle to help you start your day with a cup of coffee.

The bathroom is fully equipped with towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring your total convenience.

We prioritise your safety and well-being: the room undergoes a rigorous professional cleaning before each stay, and a daily housekeeping service is available.

The room is located on the third floor, and access is exclusively via stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

Please also note that the floor-to-ceiling height varies throughout the space; therefore, this room is not recommended for taller individuals.

Located in one of the most central and vibrant hubs of Coimbra, this accommodation places you in the city centre, adjacent to the iconic Praça da República. The neighbourhood is characterised by a lively cultural atmosphere and a dynamic environment, offering an excellent selection of outdoor terraces, traditional restaurants, and a wide range of services. The energy here is contagious, reflecting the city's pulse, yet with the tranquillity of the neighbouring Jardim da Sereia providing a peaceful refuge.

The proximity to unparalleled historical attractions will enrich your stay. You will be a short walk from the famous São Sebastião Aqueduct and the scenic Monumental Stairs, which lead directly to the heart of Coimbra's Alta (Upper Town) – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There, you can explore the legendary Joanina Library and the Paço das Escolas. For cultural experiences, descending to downtown Coimbra (Baixa) to watch a genuine Coimbra Fado show is a must, complementing the exploration of historical streets and traditional commerce.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

There are bus stops on the street, with several lines, and the Coimbra train station is 1.5km away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (Porto) is a 1-hour and 15-minute drive from the property, and Humberto Delgado Airport (Lisbon) is a 2-hour drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Daily housekeeping service is available.
