Great place in a great location!

Loved this location. Very close to restaurants and stores, and was well kept and clean upon arrival. Would definitely be interested in staying here again next time I'm in LA!

First time visiting LA/ Pasadena

Great place to stay! Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Loved the welcome snacks after a long day traveling! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great Location/Lovely Apartment

We have stayed here before and love its proximity to a variety of things. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable and tastefully decorated. We very much appreciated the goodies basket that was left for us, too. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Location & “Homey”

A great location to everything including The Metro, or stay local-Pasadena is a great town. The accommodations were comfortable with all the right amenities: towels, sheets, washer, dryer, laundry soap, dish soap, coffee, and more. We would stay there again.

Great location, fantastic host

The property was very clean. The arrangements provided were very thoughtful. We enjoyed the goodie basket provided, the attached garage, the 3 bathrooms, and the kitchen mindfully stocked. We highly recommend this property to visitors to Pasadena.

Location, location,location. You can walk to restaurants, and very easy to grocery shop. Garage parking, two bedrooms, two and half bath and very clean. Third stay.

Great location

we stayed here for 9 nights here in early October for a wedding and family visit. We loved it. Walking distance to the original Trader Joes and numerous restaurants. Old Town Pasedena is a 5 minute drive away. The rental was spotless. Loved the welcome basket. When we visit Pasadena again, would stay here in a heartbeat.

My friend and I flew in from different parts of the country to see our alma mater play at the Rose Bowl. This condo was perfect for our needs - the two bedroom suites were ideal for each of us to have our own separate spaces, and although we really only used the place to sleep and shower (we had busy days away from the rental), the shared living area was great for hanging out before we headed out in the mornings The condo is an easy walk to nearby restaurants (the bar at Arroyo Chop House was perfect for solo dining and nice cocktails my first night; there are good coffee spots very close as well; and Old Town Pasadena is an easy, approx 1 mile walk), and it's a short drive to the Rose Bowl. Kathleen was very quick to respond to messages, and the provided instructions for check in and -out were clear and easy. Would definitely stay here again if my travels being me back to Pasadena!
