The dining table has room for four people to indulge in delicious holiday meals, and from here, it''s just a step across to the lounge area, where there''s a pair of comfortable sofas and a TV. The two bedrooms, a double and a twin, continue the theme of natural simplicity and share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. When you feel like some fresh air, take your choice of two patio areas - the sun-trap front courtyard or the back patio which overlooks the owner''s garden.

The barn is in the centre of the pretty village of Holme-next-the-Sea, within both the North Norfolk Heritage Coast and a designated National Landscape. You''re right by the Norfolk Coastal Path and Peddar''s Way, with Holme Dunes and the Titchwell Nature Reserve on your doorstep. In 5 miles, you can reach Brancaster Beach, an expanse of golden sand, while the Victorian resort of Hunstanton is around the same distance, where you''ll find a theatre, the Sea Life Centre, a bowling alley, crazy golf and plenty of shops and places to eat and drink.
