Villa Rena features a double bedroom, a twin room with 2 single beds, and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds—comfortably sleeping up to 8. Ideal for families, it includes a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a private pool area with outdoor dining space.



Guests have full access to the entire villa, including all indoor spaces, the private swimming pool, garden area, and parking spot within the gated entrance.

Located in the peaceful Orestiada Complex in Pernera, Villa Rena is close to Kalamies Beach and the new Paralimni Marina. Guests can enjoy nearby tavernas, beach bars, and family-friendly attractions. Walkable area with lots to explore on foot.



Free parking is available on-site within the gated entrance. The area is walkable, but renting a car is recommended for exploring further. From Larnaca Airport, it’s about a 45-minute drive to the villa.



The villa is child-friendly and equipped for longer stays. Pool towels and a welcome pack are provided. Bunk beds are best suited for children.
