The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, dishes, Nespresso machine, toaster, and microwave, though it does not include a stovetop for cooking.



The sleeping area, which is open to the rest of the space, includes a double bed, two bedside tables, and a clothes rack.



All areas are served by a split system that provides both air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter, in addition to underfloor heating.
