A studio renovated with wood and high-quality materials, specially designed for relaxation and rest, but also for focus and creativity. You can sleep in a loft bed, do yoga, or stretch as the first rays of the sun come in.
The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped so you can feel right at home.
The views of the rooftops and the sky make it a prime spot for stargazing.
Very close to Pericones Park, where you can take a walk and admire the entire city,
Also very close by is Begoña Park,
right in the heart of the historic district, from which you can reach San Lorenzo Beach and the legendary seaside neighborhood of Cimadevilla.
Free public parking.
A quiet neighborhood, not at all noisy, with all kinds of nearby amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.
