Welcome to this bright and contemporary three-bedroom apartment spanning over two floors, located in the vibrant neighborhood of Southfields.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a a short staircase leading to the first floor. Here, you'll find a spacious living room filled with natural light. This room is perfect for relaxing, featuring a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

The kitchen, perfect for cooking and entertaining, is fully equipped with smart appliances, as well as all the major cooking utensils, pots, and pans.

On this first floor is a spacious bedroom adorned with fresh linen and a full bathroom which includes a bathtub , fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Upstairs, you'll discover two sun-filled bedrooms with ample storage space. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
The beds are made with fresh, hotel-quality linen to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.

All bedrooms have dedicated workspaces; perfect for those who need a quiet place to work or study.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
