Experience Cocoa Beach like a local in this 3-bedroom home. The tranquil space features a king bed, queen bed and a bunk beds with Full and twin mattresses. Perfect for families, with Two bathrooms and plenty of living space both indoors and outdoors, Guests are able to enjoy convenience and comfort throughout their stay, with amenities that make it easy to relax no matter the season. From Beach Bikes to Retro Video Games, we've got it all. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. We have a 2-Bedroom also available on the same property, with separate yard and entrance. Laundry Room has shared access.

Check-in was challenging as the door code did not work upon arrival. After multiple messages, the host responded, reset the code, and remotely unlocked the door. However, the code never functioned properly during our stay, which forced us to leave the door unlocked the entire trip—definitely a security concern.The host was responsive when issues were raised, but we did not receive a clear response regarding our request for an early check-in.The location is a major highlight—very close to the beach, which we really enjoyed. The property included beach chairs, towels, and a cart, which made trips to the beach easy and convenient.A few amenities fell short. The umbrellas provided were not usable, so we had to purchase one ourselves. There was no body wash or shampoo available, which was an unexpected inconvenience after arrival. WiFi was decent overall, though not particularly strong at times.Additionally, the outdoor trash bins were full upon arrival and appeared not to have been taken out for collection.The property is a duplex, which becomes clear upon closer inspection, but this was not very evident in the listing. Fortunately, the neighboring unit was unoccupied during our stay, but if it had been, this could have significantly impacted the experience depending on noise or activity next door.Overall, the location and beach setup were great, but there are several operational and maintenance details that should be addressed to improve the guest experience.
