It is also perfectly located, just two blocks away from the Diagonal Avenue, the Gran Via avenue and the world-known Paseo de Gracia with its famous landmarks like La Pedrera and La Casa Batlló by Antoni Gaudí just 10 minutes walk. Right next to the kitchen bar and its two bar stools , there is a dining table with seating for up to 4 people. The living area boasts a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. This floor also includes a toilet, perfect for guests, as well as a balcony overlooking the inner side of the apartment block, ensuring peace and quiet. Upstairs, the master bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a large wardrobe with plenty of space for personal belongings. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom proposes a trundle bed, that can fit one or two people using both single beds. Another bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the upper floor, as well as an office room, perfect for working from home, and a second balcony. The 6th floor is home to the stunning private rooftop terrace. Please note it is not accessible directly from the home, but through a communal stairway.
