Description of the apartment -
· This quiet and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is on the 5th floor of an 100-year-old modernist building. The floors are still the original colorful mosaic (a different design in every room), and the ceilings are 9 feet high. There is an elevator, air conditioning, central heating, and a full kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes, etc.

The building has a roof terrace, with tables and chairs, plenty of sunshine, and views to Sagrada Familia. Please note it is a shared terrace.

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, and in the living and dining room.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 4 people. It can sleep up to 4.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in Barcelona und die Wohnung war jedes mal toll. Die Raumaufteilung die Lage, des Ausblick in die riesige Hofanlage. Der Duschbereich wurde neu gemacht. Wir konnten die Backröhre nicht nutzen. Die Eigentümerin kam innerhalb einer Stunde und zeigte wie es geht. Super Service. Handtücher waren reichlich für die 2 Wochen Ferien vorhanden. Der Wermutstropfen ist, dass die Dachterrasse nur noch bis 20.30 Uhr geöffnet ist. Den Abend über Barcelona mit Blick auf Tipidabo und Sagrada Familia kann man nicht mehr genießen. Dennoch eine tolle Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen.

We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona. The apartment was in a great neighborhood and housed our family of four perfectly. The owners were very helpful in answering all of my questions before arrival regarding things to do in the area, grocery shopping, and places to eat. The manager was very responsive when we needed batteries for the safe and TV remote. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect location

Check-in was very easy via VRBO messages - and even though the rental agency is nextdoor we never had to bother them. The apartment was clean and relatively quiet considering the location. There are signs everywhere asking to be quiet but on one night some neighbours were up til 3am. All other nights were peaceful. The space was fine for two adults and two children. Definitely recommend this rental.

The apartment is in a perfect location but it is an old building, the rooms are cold especially at night, unfortunately the neighbors don’t respect the rules about noise after 11pm

This was a perfect landing pad for our family with jet leg. The rooms were QUIET in the most wonderful way, the coverings on the windows made it totally black out.

Perfect Little Apartment in a Great Location

Spent 2 nights here and it was overall a great experience. Apartment is cozy but comfortable and clean. Includes access to a nice rooftop patio with city views. Perfect location in Eixample that is easy walking distance to Sagrada Família and other sights.

Great location wonderful little flat with a rooftop terrace.

The flat is in a wonderful location and has everything you need. Check in is easy and the manager super Lilanna super helpful and friendly. My Dad, who is 87 had no problem with the few stairs and then using the lift to get to the flat. We enjoyed aperitif and snacks on the roof at 5:00 every day. Thank you for an excellent experience!!

Great Location

Two room apartment with plenty of room for four people. We enjoyed the dining area with lots of air and sunlight and a nice view of the inner courtyard. The location is very central, walking distance to all attractions. The metro was also nearby to get around. Next to a market with fresh fish and fruits that we unfortunately found on the last day.
