In the heart of the Maremma countryside, just minutes from the most beautiful beaches, stands a finely renovated independent villa where elegance, comfort, and quality materials come together to offer a living experience devoted to relaxation and well-being. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living room with a glass wall, offering an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside — a peaceful panorama that provides a true connection with nature. The living room opens into a modern open-space kitchen, fully equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, wine cooler, and espresso machine. The large central island turns every moment in the kitchen into a convivial occasion to share with family or friends. The sleeping area, also on the ground floor, features two elegant double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and direct access, through French doors, to a large panoramic veranda that wraps around the villa. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV with Netflix access. An internal staircase leads to the first floor (please note that the steps are steep and may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility), where you’ll find a third double bedroom, an additional bathroom with a large shower, and a private terrace offering breathtaking views of the countryside and the Diaccia Botrona Nature Reserve. In the basement, there is a convenient laundry area equipped with a washing machine and drying rack. The villa is fully air-conditioned, fitted with mosquito screens, and equipped with Wi-Fi. Outside, a well-maintained garden surrounds the property, providing an ideal space for outdoor relaxation. The outdoor dining area, with a table for six and comfortable sun loungers, allows guests to fully enjoy summer evenings and sunny days in complete tranquility. The property also includes four covered parking spaces and a convenient charging station for electric vehicles. Service included in the price: One beach umbrella with two sun loungers at the Il Capezzòlo beach club, available from the opening date until approximately September 30, weather permitting (maximum 4 people, including children).
