Introduced by a short hallway, the property features a spacious living area shared by a cozy sitting area and a dining space with a creative table seating four.

The kitchen is located in a separate room but remains open to the living area and is fully equipped. From the living room, up three comfortable steps, you access the large and extremely quiet double bedroom, which features ample wardrobe space and air conditioning.

Also accessible from the living room is the bathroom with shower, completing the apartment.
