The Property

The apartment, located on the first floor, is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests in a bright, modern space that has been very recently renovated. It is perfect for those seeking comfort, cleanliness, and convenience just minutes from Venice.

Sleeping Area

The sleeping area consists of two spacious bedrooms, one of which is completely independent. Both rooms feature a king-size double bed, bed linens and blankets, and a smart TV in each room—ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Kitchen & Living Area

The large kitchenette in the living area is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, as well as a set of pots, utensils, tableware, and a welcome kit including coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper. The dining table comfortably seats up to 6 people.

In the living room, there is a comfortable queen-size sofa bed and a Smart TV.

Bathrooms

There are 2 en-suite bathrooms: modern and bright, featuring spacious showers, bidets, and countertop space. A third shared bathroom with a large shower enclosure is also available. All bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
