The apartment "Salvia" is at just 2 Km from the Historical Centre of Lucca, in a green and quiet area but close to everything. A large pool of 14x7 metres, in the middle of the big garden of 2 hectares, is available for the guests.
The apartment has a private place at the pool with umbrella and sun loungers.
The apartment "Salvia" is a nest for two people: you’ll find it on the ground floor when you enter from the large garden.
There is ample space, made for living and relaxing. One can almost smell the perfume of the fresh and delicate décor and furniture in the entire apartment: from the large kitchen and the day area with a fireplace, to the double bedroom and the bathroom.
The bedroom has a door window to the outside and is furnished with attention to detail.
The wooden beams and an old brick wall in making the room very pleasant.
The bathroom, covered in mosaics, consisting of a glass shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.
In front we find a anteroom with wardrobe, sink and mirror.
The kitchen is characterized by an old brick wall in sight (original), is furnished with attention to detail and it is equipped with table and chairs.
The living room has two entrances: one by the large garden and the other by the court.
Outdoor in front of the apartment is available a gazebo with table and chairs.

Great place for a nice and peaceful Tuskany vacation. The place is perfect for day trips to Firence, Pisa, the mountains and the sea. And for sure Lucca is right around, you can walk there.The place has a barbecue, a Swimming pool and nice terrace where you can sit outside. Giovanna and Francesco are absolutely beautiful and gorgeous hosts. We can just recommend everything about the apartment and the hosts.

Great place to stay....

Great location, within walking distance of Lucca (20mins), very spacious accommodation. Pool great. Giovanna friendly and helpful, would recommend.

Beautiful villa in excellent location

Giovanna and Francesco have a beautiful villa just outside Lucca. It is perfectly maintained with a gorgeous swimming pool and grounds. We stayed for 10 days in a delightful, one-bedroom apartment. Giovanna gave us many helpful ideas about restaurants, shops, and trips and we had a perfect time.

Lovely apartment outside the walls of Lucca

Darling apartment which made for a nice base to do Lucca for a day, see the countryside ,and do Cinque Terrre.The owners are very gracious and helpful but not intrusive. The property is picturesque and we enjoyed having breakfast outsideon our little terrace.

Nice holiday 2022

We have almost 2 weeks (29-30) in this beautiful location. The pool and the area next to was very good. The appartment with aircondition was in the local Toscana style :) We can only recommend this beautiful place in Lucca. And the host Giovanna was nice and very friendly and informative. We had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Encantea. The property is beautiful - as shown in the pictures. The apartment was very cosy and clean, and the pool was just amazing to cool down and relax. We met Giovanna, who was very friendly, helpful and gave us some useful tips. The city center of Lucca is in walking distance, and from there we traveled easily to Florence and Pisa by train. Some shops (like a supermarket and a good ice cream shop) are even closer to the property (10mins walking) We would definitely recommend to spend your holiday at Encantea!

Relaxing holiday in a lovely spacious and comfortable flat.

The property is the ground floor apartment. It is very comfortable and is well fitted out. It is also only a short drive from the nearest village and just five minutes from Lucca itself. We had a lovely week long stay (our second at the property) and again enjoyed the quietness, having a patio space right outside and the pool closeby. Being on the ground floor the flat is cool and airy. Francesca and Giovanni are wonderful, kind hosts and were around everyday should we have needed them. They made us extremely welcome and we hope to return again soon.

Excellent!!

The unit itself was great. A sympathetic renovation of an old farm house with every modern convenience. Giovanna was extremely helpful although her English is limited- as is our Italian. The grounds, about 5 acres of neatly mown grass and trees in the midst of wheat and vegetable crops, were relaxing and the large inground pool very inviting. The well stocked herb garden was an added bonus for cooking. The unit is close to Lucca old town and free all day parking and also to an extremely well stocked supermarket, butcher shop and easy access to the A11

Fantastic!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for seeing Lucca, Viareggio and Pisa. We hired bikes for 11 days and used the excellent train service to get about. You can even get to Florence easily on the train. Therefore I don’t think it’s essential to have a car unless you want to go further afield. Giovanna was absolutely fantastic, a lovely lady who couldn’t do enough for us, and Francesco was always a smiling face. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely come back again, especially staying in the Salvia apartment. Thank you Giovanna you truly helped us to have a fabulous holiday!

Perfect

We stayed in Salvia, the apartment that sleeps 2 people, for 5 nights and could not have asked for anything more. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well laid out and with absolutely everything you could need. We met Giovanna, who is not only friendly and lovely, but went out of her way to make our stay perfect. There's a supermarket and butcher about 10 minutes walk away, a spa, a cooking school, pizzeria, bar and Lucca centre are also all within walking distance. The property has been renovated to an excellent standard; simply but elegantly decorated and beautifully in keeping with Tuscan tradition. All in all, we would recommend this to anyone and we look forward to returning soon.

Fantastic experience in relaxed environment

We enjoyed a very relaxed stay at Encantea. Everything we thought would be there was there! Great swimming pool: very, very clean. Vast lawn with great views towards the Apuani Alps. Ten minutes by bike to Lucca. 3 minutes by bike to supermarket and gelateria. Appartment Salvia is spacious and even with very hot weather we enjoyed good night sleep. Giovanna (and Francesco) where there every morning to help with anything you asked for. Thanks very much! So far, the best agriturismo we stayed at. Hint: putting some chairs and tables underneath the giant trees next to the portico would enhance the experience even more, especially during hot periods.

What a little gem

What a little gem we found here, a lovely apartment furnished just right with 4 large rooms and four separate outside seating areas if you count the pool area, lovely large well kept gardens and a pool to die for in the Italian heat. Giovanna is a lovely lady always on hand in the mornings to answer any questions you have while she is tending to her morning gardening duties. Supermarket, butchers, pizzeria, bar all 10 minutes walk away or 2 minutes in the car. Lucca town centre is about 20-25 minutes walk away or 5 minutes in the car with plenty of safe free parking available. Overall a beautiful quiet peaceful location with the only noise coming from the passing farm vehicles. Thanks for a great relaxing holiday.

Beautiful apartment in prime location in Lucca

We have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing holiday. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well maintained and had all the amenities necessary for us and our 18 month old daughter. The shared pool was wonderful and we had many a happy hour swimming and splashing around in it to cool down at the end of the day. The apartment is in an excellent location just outside Lucca (approximately 35 mins walk to the city walls) and provides a perfect base for exploring the beautiful region of Tuscany. For that reason we would recommend having a car. In addition there are several beaches 20 - 30 mins drive away. Lucca itself is a lovely peaceful city with lots of places to eat and drink. The city walls provide a great walk and there are lots of parks for young children. We would definitely consider returning and would most definitely recommend this accommodation for other families or couples looking to enjoy a holiday that combines sightseeing with an opportunity to have some relaxing days by the pool or at the beach.

Great holiday accommodation and holiday base

We stayed in the Salvia apartment which was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Giovanna was on-site when we arrived and gave us an excellent introduction to the property and also advice reagrding nearby amentities and attractions. She was also around the property on most mornings in case we encountered any problems. She was extremely helpful in assisting us get the best from our time in Lucca. The property had lots of room, was well equiped and nicely decorated with some extra added touches that helped it feel like a home. The place was quiet and secure and just as described on the website. Being slightly outside the town of Lucca we were pleased to have use of a car, as otherwise it is about a 30 minute walk to the town. There is plenty of parking space on the property and thus we never had an issue with being unable to park nearby, which could well have been a problem if we had been in the town itself. Lucca is a great base for exploring the area, either by car or train. If we ever wanted to stay in the area again we would certainly be happy to re-book this apartment and would thoroughly recommend it to others.

A nice place to stay close to Lucca

We stayed at Encatea one week during May and enjoyed it very much. The owners Francesco and Giovanna are very friedly and helpful. The property has a really big garden – absolute the same, as you can see on the pictures. Both owners are ofeten in the morning in the garden. That gives you the possibility to contact them quite easy. They are very cautious and help you with things, as fast as possible (e.g. as they saw, that we had just a little umbrella for our 8 month old baby against the sun, they directly brought us a big and good one onto our terrace). In the garden you find a little herb garden, with herbs you can use for cooking. The pool is very clean. It was nice to sit under the trees close to the pool. The appartement was clean and good eqipped. With arrival they had already placed a baby bed into our bedroom. The poperty is very close to Lucca. It is possible to go by feet (or going out jogging in the evening on the nice big walls of Lucca). We mostly went by car to a free parking place close to the walls. The town is very nice and atmospheric. All around we can recommend to choose Encatea for a nice stay close to Lucca. Thak you to Francesco and Giovanna

A little slice of heaven

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the Salvia villa for a week and what an amazing week it was. Giovanna met us on our arrival and explained everything we needed to know about the villa and Lucca itself, from where to find the local supermarket to a recommendation for a lovely restaurant in the hills. The villa, despite being the smaller of the four, was really spacious, had everything you could possibly need and was spotless. We had a table directly outside our villa where we ate our dinner a couple of nights. We also had a table available for us by the poll. Talking of the pool, it's beautiful. Each villa is allocated loungers around the pool which is a great idea as it means you don't get any of the 'towels on the lounger reservation' stuff you get at hotels. There's lots of space around the pool so we never felt crowded, even when all the guests were around the pool. Lucca is about half an hour walk away or a few minutes drive to the walls. It was our first visit to Lucca and it's a beautiful little place. Riding a bike along the top of the walls was a highlight. Encantea is really close to Pisa and about an hours drive to Florence. But there are also lots of smaller towns and villages near by that are worth a look. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Encantea and I hope we'll be back there soon.

Es fehlt an nichts – alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden.Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit ihren tollen Tipps zur Umgebung fühlt man sich sofort willkommen und bestens informiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der gepflegte Pool, der sich ideal zum Schwimmen eignet – Erfrischung pur!Auch die privaten Liegen und der Sonnenschirm sorgen für entspannte Stunden unter freiem Himmel. Ein weiteres Highlight: der eigene Pavillon mit Tisch und Stühlen – perfekt für gemütliche Mahlzeiten oder entspannte Abende. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, eine gepflegte Anlage zum absoluten Wohlfühlen. Die Vermieter haben an viele Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung gedacht, die eine Akklimatisierung sehr schnell ermöglichen. "The Wallet" ist gut erreichbar, mit ausreichend großen, kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Stadtmauer. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe, aber hervorragend sortiert u.a. mit großer Auswahl an Frischfleisch und Frischfisch.

Urlaub im September 2022

Wir waren im Septenber 2022 für 14 Tage in dieser Unterkunft, die Ferienwohnung war super, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber Giovanna und Francesco waren super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Giovanna hat uns viele gute Informationen gegeben,wir konnten sie zu jederzeit um Hilfe bitten. Die Wohnungen und die Anlage sind top gepflegt, sauber und wirklich schick. Die Wohnungen sind komplett ausgestattet, es gibt überdachte Terrassenbereiche, die Möglichkeit zu Grillen. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, genau wie auch die gesamte, riesige Aussenanlage. Absolut empfehlenswert! sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber

We komen terug!

Deze accomodatie heeft alles: een geweldig zwembad , airco in de slaapkamer (tegen betaling), een heerlijk eigen plekje om te ontbijten en genoeg schaduwplekken. Op de fiets ben je binnen 10 minuten in hartje centrum in Lucca Internet bij get zwembad uitstekend, maar in de accomodatie zelf onvoldoende bereik.
