The kitchen is fully equipped, making it ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to basic dinnerware and utensils, it includes a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge, and a washing machine to make your day-to-day easier.

Access to the garden and the jacuzzi is conveniently located just off the living room. This allows you to easily soak up the sun, enjoy dinners under the stars, and benefit from the natural light that brightens the entire area. The outdoor garden, complete with a dining table and sun loungers, acts as a true balcony over the Atlantic Ocean, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the hillside.

The main bedroom is harmoniously decorated and features a King-size bed, a built-in wardrobe to store your belongings, and also benefits from beautiful sea views. The bed is fitted with high-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom provides all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The neighborhood's vibe is one of pure tranquility and relaxation. Far from the hustle and bustle of major city centers, this is a peaceful and authentic area where you can wake up to stunning panoramic sea views, watch unforgettable sunrises, and enjoy the excellent microclimate of the island's south coast.

Despite being a serene retreat, its location is highly strategic and convenient. Thanks to quick access to the expressway (VR1), the vibrant city of Funchal is just a 15 to 20-minute drive away. This allows you to easily explore the capital's most iconic attractions—such as the historic Farmers' Market (Mercado dos Lavradores), the picturesque Old Town (Zona Velha), or the Monte cable car—and return to the comfort and silence of your home at the end of the day.

The accommodation is also the perfect base for discovering the towns and natural wonders of the eastern part of the island. Just a few minutes away is the center of Santa Cruz, with its pleasant seaside promenade, great local restaurants, and water park. Right next door, you will find the historic town of Machico, famous for being the landing site of the island's discoverers and for its inviting golden sand beach. For adventurers, the arid and dramatic landscapes of Ponta de São Lourenço and the green fields and forests of Santo da Serra (with its famous golf course) are just a short, scenic drive away.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Madeira Airport is a 6-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
