This was a wonderful rental. The cabin was spacious and very well stocked. It was clean and so family friendly. We were a family of 6, with 4 adults and 2 young kids. Everyone had a great time. We would definitely consider staying on this property again.

Jim was very communicative and detailed and helpful. The main room was very spacious and comfortable. The inside space was pretty clean but very dated tub/shower. The screened in porch was very dirty with dead bugs on the couch and very dirty dated cushions. Not really usable! Outdoor rockers on porches were uncomfortable . Beds were comfortable (may want to bring own pillows!) The upstairs sleeping space does not have a bathroom. Good location. Easy access to main roads.

This cabin was perfect. There was plenty to do. The kids enjoyed fishing in the pond as well as playing carpet ball in the garage. We all enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great really. Knives are very dull. I think we were thrown off by the loft area. It’s not really easy to get luggage up and down. The beds upstairs in the loft are not comfortable mostly just springs. (I didn’t use any of those but a couple of the guys did)Everything else was wonderful. Plenty of plates, towels, games and everything. The owners were extremely easy to reach. Overall I am very pleased with the experience for my first Vrbo stay.

Words can not describe nor do pictures do any justice. Very beautiful property and home. Home owners very responsive when messaged. Ease of check in and out, quiet peaceful, deer in back yard, trail in back of property great for walking or bikes. About 20 minutes to Hocking Hills and maybe 5 minutes at the most to a Dollar General, Save-A-Lot very anything you forgot at home but rest assure the homeowners have all those small things to make stay comfortable. Definitely would go again

The cabin was great. Very clean and had everything you need. We cooked every night and had all the pots, pans and utensils needed. Kids had fun fishing in the pond catching sunfish and small bass. Cabin is located close to town and amenities.

Great experience for our family. The cabin was well stocked. There was plenty to do on the property between fishing, the garage/game room and the basketball court!

Awesome!!!

Fantastic rental! Stocked with everything you could need. We had one issue while we were there, and the owner could not have been more accomidating to fix the issue. Very easy to communicate with. We would recommend this place to anyone! We are already talking about booking it again!

We absolutely loved this cabin! The garage full of games were so much fun--never heard of carpetball but my family was obsessed. The backyard was so peaceful. The cabin was clean and had everything you needed. It was nice to make dinner a couple of days. Very close to all hiking trails. Highly recommend.

Great home good location ..games in garage & games & DVD’s in home..hooks in bathrooms & halls..warm shower..great fire pit with nice chairs..well stocked with towels washcloths paper towels TP..clean bedding..great directions & area info..It was surface clean but could use deep cleaning ie: rails to loft needed cleaning..vent in master bath.. dirt & grass in freezer..probably from icebag being dropped on ground to break up. Dishwasher soap dispenser was stuck or had not been run so some of the dishes in cupboard were dirty. Middle ceiling fan was progressively wobbling more & making noises so we chose not to use it the last night..AC was great! Loft could use hooks or bars for clothing.. & end table for beds. Overall it’s a beautiful home in a beautiful peaceful setting.. reasonably priced.. good location. Would highly recommend! …watched a fawn bounding through the tall grass beyond the back yard! We enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was perfect and the house was beautiful We did some hiking and really enjoyed the hot tub.Highly recommend! We lost thunderstorm y the end.

Just Fabulous!

We have stayed here several times. The host, Jim, is always great with communication. The cabin is just awesome. We come down to visit my daughter at OU and it is a quick 20 min drive from here. Plenty of space to spread out and so much more reasonable than the crazy prices in Athens for the same weekend. Besides there isn’t any pace for my son to fish there any way :) Always a great time - can’t wait to come back. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

We live in Columbus, Ohio with our two boys and enjoy getting away from it all in our family cabin as often as possible. We love this log home and spending time on the property and in the surrounding Hocking Hills. We want other families to enjoy the same experience as well.

What can we say, we love it! Our boys love the outdoors and sports and this property has lots of open space to play which is a rare find in the Hocking Hills. We love the area having both graduated from Ohio University in Athens and its short commute from Columbus.

Our property offers just the right mix of location, features and amenities. It's close to everything and a short distance from Route 33 but feels secluded. Relaxing inside or out, playing sports, fishing in the pond, walking the creek or woods, seeing all the stars in the sky at night, what's not to love?
