The living room features air conditioning and satellite TV, creating a welcoming spot to unwind after a day exploring the island. The property offers two double bedrooms, both with wardrobes and air conditioning; one is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The house also has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a washbasin and bathtub, and another with a washbasin, shower and bidet located outside. In addition, there is a practical independent laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
