The House is really nice, Well appointed 10 out of 10, and very clean. The focus of the house is the bedrooms and gathering areas, Not so much kitchens and such. The Bedrooms are really comfortable. Not all of the rooms have thir own private bathrooms. The Location is excellant, however you should be aware beforehand, if you have a lot of guests or potential for a party late in the evening... The location is in a neighborhood and the rules of the house have volumn requirements as not to disturb the neighbors I assume. The house sleeps 28 people, and if you have 28 people in the house you will certainly exceed the requested volumn of 60 Db, defined as "two people talking". That said we had a group of 14 people and music playing including a Mariachi and did not receive any complaints. We did shut it down about 10-11 every night. Suggest you ask about the rules while booking. That said we had a GREAT time and the house was super accomodating. Even left a little present for my wife the birthday girl. Thanks to the cleaning staff and the hose for taking great care of us!
