One of a kind, splendid & spacious 4000sq ft land home, 2 floors, just renewed, in old town Tlaquepaque ,3 blocks away from “el Parián”.
5 Bedrooms all w/AC, 5 bathrooms, warmed 6-person jacuzzi, 2 terraces, garden w/fontain, 4 car indoor free garage, functional Kitchen, and Gym.
Ideal for a family gathering and groups (no parties allowed, no noisy music). Please mention the total people on your reservation.

The ground floor walls are made of adobe (excellent thermal isolator), accesible for wheels chair, the house has been remodeled by the prestigious "Architect 1540". Wheel chair access, 1 bedrooms with 2 twin beds, A/C and full bathroom. Second bedroom with full bed, A/C, and half bathroom. Living room with 55 inches smart TV and sofa bed (for 3 person). Equiped kitchen, 3 french door fridge, mezquite 10 person dinning table. Terrace with 6 person table, 3-2-1 equipals and garden view.

We trust you will find our location unique, as well as the house arquitectural design, Mexican contemporary. The jacuzzi offers nice relaxing afternoons. The ground floor gardens fountain permeates peace watching birds taking a bath.
