This beautiful villa stands out for its size and terraces with panoramic views, and features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (2 en suite), living rooms, and common areas including a meeting room. The outdoor pool area is ideal for relaxing. The villa offers complete privacy and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Air conditioning, heating and wifi are available throughout the house.

Mediterrani 2 is a 10-minute drive from Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar, 40 minutes from the city of Girona, and 60 minutes from Barcelona.

Layout

The villa is accessed via a quiet unpaved and paved road leading to a metal gate that provides access to the property via a sloping ramp.

SECOND FLOOR
From the main gate, a staircase leads down to the parking area and the front door of the house, where you'll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area with sofas, TV, dining table and chairs, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an island and breakfast bar. There is also a fireplace, a bar area with a TV and high stools, and a full bathroom with a shower. Two sliding glass doors lead to the wrap-around terrace, which is furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is also access to the lift.

FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor, you'll find a central area with games and a lounge area with a sofa and TV, which also provides access to the terrace with outdoor furniture. There are 3 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom with a shower), and a shared bathroom with a shower. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside tables, and lamps.

GROUND FLOOR

We arrive at the ground floor where we find the master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, a multipurpose room with 3 sofa beds, a full bathroom with shower, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Access to the garden and pool.
