The space
A welcoming home to relax, socialise, and enjoy the countryside
A fabulous space to unwind, with a large, picturesque garden, outdoor seating/entertaining area and stunning views across fields and rolling Chiltern Hills. There is also a spacious home office space as well as a home gym with rowing machine and weights should you wish to use them.
Whether you’re planning a family gathering, a trip to London, Oxford or perhaps the local Harry Pottor Studios or you simply want to relax and enjoy the countryside, this beautifully furnished five-bedroom house is the perfect base. The local market towns of Tring, Berkhamsed or Wendover with many restaurants, cafes and bars are all within a short drive away.
The property is extremely well-equipped, with spacious communal rooms that flow seamlessly, making it ideal for both socialising and relaxing.
This is our much-loved family home, which we are delighted to share with guests while we are away. We kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own home.
Some of the bedrooms are designed with families in mind and may include children’s beds, toys, books, and games, to make your stay with little ones even more enjoyable.
As this is a family home in a quiet residential area, it is not suitable for parties. We do not accept bookings for hen or stag parties or other large celebrations.
The house is professionally cleaned before your arrival, so you can start your stay feeling comfortable and relaxed.

Other things to note
Accessibility
We want our home to be as welcoming and accessible as possible and are happy to discuss individual needs before your stay.
There is a ground floor bedroom and a downstairs bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet, which may be helpful for guests who prefer not to use the stairs.
The internal doorways are 73 cm wide, and the front door is 93 cm wide. The front entrance has one step, but there is plenty of space for a portable access ramp if required.
Wheelchair users can also reach the rear garden via the side gate. There are two steps up to the patio, so a ramp would be needed for step-free access.
Unfortunately, the house is not fully step-free, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we would be very happy to work with guests in advance to make the house as accessible as possible wherever we can
