Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Got a water leak from ceiling, last two weeks at one month stay. Kept getting blown off form rental and host. Kept saying they would come and didn’t show. Only vrbo gave us their money back. They never could contact owner or host. Also not clean enough, poor pans,knives and other kitchen stuff not kept up. We found a dollar store and Walmarts. Would never stay again. Big wake up about going this vrbo route. They could at least acknowledged we where changing buckets and cleaning up,

Week stay

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean and ready for us as soon as we arrived. This worked perfect for my family. My son had his own room with a TV and my Wife and I were able to have privacy with our own bedroom. Two bathrooms made it easy.

Perfect family holiday

This property had everything we needed and was the perfect proximity to the community centre and pool! Our kids loved the activites at the club house and the splash pad at the pool. We would definitely recommend this property as a fun and economical place to stay. We hope to come back again one day!

Very impressed with Windsor Hills. Something for everyone. Our unit was all we needed. Lots of room and close to the pool.

Great for family or adults!!

Pool, arcade, and grounds were fabulous! You could make a vacation just staying here. The condo was great. Had everything we needed and perfectly described. Cleanliness was great. Check in was the only tricky part so read your instructions carefully.

Wonderful!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! It was close to Disney and Universal, very simple check in process and the condo was exactly as described. The property manager, Daniel, was very responsive and answered all the questions I had! Check this place out if you are looking for a great trip to the Orlando area!

Worked well for Disney

Wish we could have enjoyed the Pool/Amenities more but the weather got really cold for Christmas. Aside from the weather this was the perfect place! All around recommend for anyone!

Quick stay to visit disney

My family and I had a great experience at Windsor Hills. We chose this property based on location and positive reviews and were very happy we did. The pool was very nice and more than we were expecting. It had to close for a bit due to a chlorine imbalance but that could happen anywhere. Beds were clean and comfy and there were ample linens for our third child to sleep on. 15 minute drive to Magic Kingdom - can’t beat that!

Good Location but horrible beds.

This is a great property and the location is ideal for so many activities from Disney, OWC, Fun Spot etc. All employees were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I have this overall 3 stars and would not stay in this unit again unless they did something about the King size bed. The bed has to be the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in and that goes equally for the pillows. I did not sleep well the whole time we were there.

Reviewer Comments: The Resort at Windsor Hillswas clean and well maintained, but 7654 Comrow Street Unit 402 Kissimmee Fl. 34747 is poorly maintained.The house cleaning was fine but the Lanai had mold all around it and the HVAC filter was extremely disgusting filthy.For the total cost of this rental I didn’t expect to have to provide my own toilet paper,dishwasher pods,and paper towels. The main reason we picked this resort was for the water slides for our grandkids,but they were closed due to pump failure.

I’m just noting, not complaining, we were very happy. The 1 single bed needs a new box spring, it is very loud and disruptive when one is trying to sleep. The garbage situation was a bit confusing. Our bin was full upon arrival but notes to put garbage out everyday, where??? We saw garbage removal, but not they did not remove ours? After asking for help with this situation, some garbage was removed, but not all. With these 2 MINOR issues, our stay was still fantastic and just as expected. Kara was very responsive to answer any questions very quickly. We usually stay on the coast. If I stay in the area again I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great Disney Vacation

Location, location, location! Wow, the property is located just a few minutes outside Disney which is really cool. It took us about 10-15 minutes between the moment we got in our car to the moment we were parked at Disney World. We were 3 (2 adults and 1 kid), the property is really cool and clean. There is enough space for a family of 4 without any problem. The unit is located on the 4th floor of a 4 story building so nobody is walking on top of us at night which is great. The only negative comment I would have would be the water pressure which is really weak in both showers. Pretty sure it has nothing to do with the unit itself but it still an issue. Other than that, everything was great. Oh, and the pool is really fun. It big, large, with a separate kid section with 2 waterslides and a smaller water park for younger kids. My daughter really enjoyed it. I also had the opportunity the exchange a few communications with the agency that manages this property and it was really great. I got answered really fast every time (we extended our stay twice). I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again for our next Disney vacation. Thanks

Good location, but poor quality furnishings.

Windsor Hills community is in an excellent location with close proximity to the Disney Parks. The condo was clean but the beds were all very uncomfortable. One of the twin beds in the Mickey room had an old set of sheets on it with stains and piling in the fabric. The ceiling light did not work in this bedroom and the property manager did not attempt to fix it during our stay. We also discovered the ice maker in the freezer wasn’t working properly and was pouring water all in the freezer and out in to the floor in the kitchen. Thankfully, my husband knew how to turn the water supply off to the ice maker or else it would have flooded the kitchen. Again, the property manager was notified early of this issue and did not contact me about fixing it or even acknowledging that I had called and left him a message. Overall the condo was ok for our quick two night stay, but I would not have been happy spending more than two nights in it.The booking and check in process was easy and everything looked as described in ths listing. We would definitely return to Windsor Hills, just not this particular unit.

Never Ever Again

The Majority of staff that work on this property are rude and impolite. My sister arrived the day after me and she was not allowed to use the pool ! I was scolded by a elderly women who yelled at me "no guests are allowed there at pool, no guests! I in fact booked this trip for two people! The woman in welcome center that assisted me the day before was smiling and polite, very friendly. I let her know the other guest would be arriving next day and she said it was not a problem. Lets talk about property staff at the front gate. A young black women who decided to treat me like I was in her military squadron. Rudely stern and would not offer the help I needed. She instead told me to pull around to other side of gate and figure it out. I had family staying on this same property so I called them for the help I needed. Family came down to the front gate found me and tried to talk to same security officer female and she was just point blank rude no help what so ever all she snapped at us was you wont get internet at the gate. We were trying to bring up my email with reservation info The pool was over crowded was not a good experience. I want to make it clear that the vacation company I booked through were professional, polite and most of all helpful. They helped with every question I had and even texted me clear directions of what I needed.

It was conveniently close to Disney, about a 15-minute drive without traffic, though there were usually some traffic delays. Walmart being just down the road was also really convenient.The condo was more spacious than I expected and clean, though there was noticeable wear and tear. While we didn’t use the pool during our stay, the music and lively atmosphere made it seem like a fun place whenever we returned to the condo.Cons:Both the living room and master bedroom had blackout curtains, but the kids' room only had blinds, no curtains. It was too bright for us to put our infant down for a nap during the day.My wife found the king bed uncomfortable and didn’t get a good night's sleep there.The biggest issue occurred the night before check-out. After a long day at Disney with an infant, we came back to find that the elevators were not working. I had to carry our bags and stroller up 4 flights of stairs after an exhausting day.The next morning, as we were checking out, the elevator was still out of order. I left a message with the Vacation Central Florida Office hoping for an update, but never received a call back. I ended up making 10 trips up 4 flights of stairs with our luggage. The cleaning crew arrived 15 minutes before the normal check-out time while I was still hauling luggage down, they were patient while we finished packing up our belongings. I understand this situation was beyond their control, but a simple acknowledgment of my concern and an apology would’ve been appreciated. These two situations left us with a negative impression, even though the rest of our stay was enjoyable.

We grew up in the Midwest: Columbus Ohio, and Naperville, Illinois.
