You’ll be staying in one of London’s most loved neighbourhoods, surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, canal walks, green space and independent shops. Broadway Market is right on the doorstep, with its lively mix of food, coffee, local stores and weekend market atmosphere. London Fields and the Regent’s Canal are both just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the area on foot.
The location is also very well connected. London Fields station is nearby, with direct trains to Liverpool Street in around 9 minutes, and there are also bus and rail links close by. It’s a great base for exploring East London while still having quick access into Central London. There are also straightforward connections to Stansted, London City Airport and Luton.

Being south-facing, it gets beautiful natural light throughout the day, and the wraparound balcony adds an extra sense of openness — a lovely spot to have a morning coffee or unwind in the evening.
