I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. I did reach out via phone, email and text the following day and received no response. My housekeeping team was deployed immediately and we also offered traps. It is unfortunate that you had a pest issue and I can understand how that would not be enjoyable during a vacation. Had you responded to my many attempts to reach out, I was offering to move you so that we could address the issue and make you more comfortable for the remainder of your stay.
