Great location and complex. Elevators were a little slow at times due to the scheduled maintenance but not as bad as we were prepared for. All residents/guests seemed to be patient with it and promoted some great conversations.

The property was amazing. Super clean. Our condo was great. The only things I would suggest would be a better coffee maker and update the couch. The beds were great. The property was quiet and super family friendly. The cabana guy was top notch. Very attentive to the guest and their needs. Offered help constantly.

Condo was fine. Bed and towels were both uncomfortable. Property was horrible. 1 Elevator was broken all weekend out of 2, before we even arrived. Always a wait to get on and off. Trash area was always taped off and piled in the walkways, even with staff on site. Nothing was “Luxury”. Took 2 hours and was forced to travel up and down 14 flights of stairs to leave. I know it is not the company we purchased from’s fault, but it is items that need to be known about.

The Palacio condo complex was great. It was clean and we felt very safe. We loved the beach and the surrounding area. The condo was nice, but as mentioned in another review (dated 10/14/25), the bed in the smaller bedroom was very loud and creaky. We reported the issue to the management company and they sent someone to look at it, but the problem was not resolved.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you choosing Luxury Coastal Vacations and your 4‑star rating. We’re glad the Palacio complex felt clean and safe and that you enjoyed the beach and surrounding area, and that the condo was nice. We’re sorry the smaller bedroom bed remained noisy after your report; we take maintenance concerns seriously and will follow up with our team to ensure it’s resolved. If there’s anything we could have done to make your stay even better, we’d welcome any additional details via your Vrbo message. We hope to host you again. Sunny regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

The condo was very nice and well furnished. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook anything. Kitchen had a problem with the ceiling above left front burner. The popcorn ceiling kept shedding onto the cook surface. The master bedroom was very large and comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was a little small and the bed creaked everytime you would move or roll over. Overall, a great experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad the condo and master bedroom met your expectations. I’m sorry the popcorn ceiling was shedding over the left front burner — that should never happen. Maintenance removed the loose texture, thoroughly cleaned the cook surface, and sealed and repainted the area; we also inspected similar ceilings as a precaution. We’ve tightened and repaired the second bedroom bed frame to stop the creaking. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to host you again.
