When we went to go valet our car to check in, they didn’t give us a ticket and insisted we leave our luggage by bell hop but took our information. 2 hours of still not receiving our luggage, my husband went down and our luggage was still outside unattended, when my husband questioned valet they said there was a shift change and it wasn’t their responsibility. Even when we went to get our car from valet, they lost our car and it took over a hour to find our car that we lost our reservation and paid $150 for no show. We had a suite with a pullout bed but there were no pillows or blankets, I requested it when I was at the desk they said they’ll be up, nobody showed up. I had to give my elderly parents my pillows and blankets and ended up catching a cold because the AC was on blast and we couldn’t turn it down. I tried calling the front desk but the phone was disconnected. We asked for management multiple times, they say they’ll call but never do up until today. Cherry on top was I have an infant as I go into the elevator to check out there’s someone inside the elevator smoking a blunt, since when was this okay at Fontainebleau? The suite was great other than issues like the phone, AC and missing pillows and blankets, oh and no stand on the master shower for shampoo, etc. service was absolutely horrible though and really ruined our trip for time wasted.
