Great tiny home

This house is so cute. The location is perfect, very quiet. It backs up to green space and you can walk to the lake easily on trails. Across from the pool. Not accessible if you can’t climb stairs. Bathroom is up. We had a great time. Quick walk to the beach & town too.

Anniversary trip

We got married in Seaside and wanted to come back and stay in town for our 20th anniversary. Homecoming Cottage was perfect as far as size, amenities and proximity to town and the beach. We truly enjoyed our week and will definitely stay again!

Perfect little place

We were in town for a wedding in Watercolor, and this cottage in seaside was everything we could have needed and more. Small, but more than enough for just 2 of us who were barely in the house. Location in Seaside is so convenient to all the shops/restaurants, and the Watercolor neighborhood too.

Excellent location!

This is a nice, clean rental, It is small put for a couple it works. Location can't be beat! It sits behind other homes so is difficult to find especially if arriving after dark. We enjoyed our time in Seaside immensely!

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay in Homecoming. Seaside is a nice community but I wouldn't advise coming during spring break unless you like a lot of activity and can tolerate the noise level.

Anniversary getaway

Homecoming was a delightful property. The house was located steps from the beach, shopping and dining. It was so quaint and perfectly appointed- so charming! It was an ideal size for two of us and we enjoyed our time immensely. We would definitely stay at Homecoming again!

Great location, great home!

This property is absolutely perfect! The size and amenities are great for two people and the location cannot be beat. It is a quick walk to the center of seaside and an even quicker walk to the beautiful beach. The property owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. We will be booking our stay for 2024 shortly!

Lovely cottage for two

Had a great time in seaside. The cottage is clean, bright and plenty comfortable for two. Used kitchen for breakfast and coffee every morning. Access to the beach is a short walk.

Great Cottage

This cottage was very clean and a great location. Comfortable bed and wonderful welcome gift. Please keep in mind the only bathroom is up a steep set of semi-spiral stairs. Also, rent your beach chairs through Cabana Man early. Can do online. Thanks for a great stay!
