I booked via Expedia where the Motel is Customer ranked with “10 - exceptional”. That is what convinced me to book. The mismatch with reality could not be bigger. Sticky floor, dirty furniture with long hairs on it, stains in bed, smoke detector broken off ceiling and lose on table, light switch dirty/greasy, bathroom not clean, curtain old and full of holes, room smelled as if it was smoked in for many years, several broken down cars in the parking lot, … I could go on. In the end I decided not to stay and booked somewhere else for that night.
