Villa was very clean, plenty of room for our entire party. Room to spread out, especially important with teenage boys in our group.

Great vacation spot

Every morning we walked to the coffee shop on 224. We enjoyed going up to Rob’s trail in our backyard. We either drove to park city center or we took the express bus by the 7/11. We really liked the convenient location, close to town and close to grocery stores

Wonderful

Great villa and great location Very comfortable for our 6 people. Could easily accommodate more people. Very well provisioned Downstair’s recreation room for movies and foosball was a nice surprise. Plenty of towels, laundry detergent and TP! Beds are very comfortable

Annual Family Ski Vacay

Property was lovely!! Beautiful views. We come every year from NJ to PC and love the mountain. Big drawback was the master king size bed upstairs was truly the worst mattress i have ever slept on-and bed was super high because of thick pillow top used to enhance mattress - unfortunately it did not. My daughter who had downstairs king found it too soft as well. Elevation lodges manage this property and they were extremely responsive and professional. We loved the location but will only stay in this unit if mattress is replaced.

Great for 2 families!

We stayed for a week, 2 families with younger kids and a teenager. The house worked well, having two master suites for the adults, as well as a bunk room for the kids and a separate space for the teen. And having a separate TV/hang room where the kids could be away from the grown-ups was best of all. The main downside was temperature management, esp. in the upstairs master bath which was HOT. We were able to make it work by leaving a window open, but not always ideal in winter. We cooked often, and the kitchen was well-stocked; the couple of small items that were not there we connected with the property folks about and they were delivered within 30 minutes. And we appreciated that they came and cleared the front walkway after it snowed! All in all, a great week, and the location within Canyons and the ability to use the free shuttle to/from skiing were key.

Terrific property!

We spent 5 days at this property with our family of 6 and it was excellent. We have high standards and this certainly exceeded our expectations. We will certainly rent again.
