CHARMING AND INVITING VILLA WITH SEA VIEWS AND A PRIVATE POOL IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA). Sleeps up to 8 people.

LAYOUT: This magnificent property is accessed via the main entrance, which opens onto a welcoming living area furnished with leather sofas and a zebra-print rug. Just inside the entrance, a stunning curved bay window offers breathtaking sea views, complemented by a cozy fireplace. On this same level, there is a first double bedroom with a wardrobe and a separate bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. Ascending the stairs, we descend to the large and spacious main living area. This intermediate floor exudes a distinctly warm and Ibizan feel thanks to its refined wooden furnishings. It comprises a dining room with a large table seating eight and an open-plan kitchen combining white and wood elements. Near a window, two high chairs have been placed to recreate the pleasant ambiance of an indoor terrace. Three other bedrooms are located on this floor: the first has two large bay windows with sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second offers a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. Finally, the third bedroom includes a double bed and its own bathroom with a shower.

EXTERIOR: The villa boasts a multi-level exterior, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. On the living area level, you will find a superb, fully equipped summer kitchen with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, all facing a magnificent sea view. A few steps lead down to the lower level where the private swimming pool is located. This area is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, a perfect setup for relaxing, lounging, and sunbathing in complete tranquility.

LOCATION: The villa is ideally situated on a very quiet, cul-de-sac residential street, guaranteeing total privacy. It's just a few minutes' walk from the beach and a short drive from all essential amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Villa Zebre is the perfect place to combine the laid-back Ibiza lifestyle with the convenience of being close to the sea.
