250 GBP. Good Housekeeping Bond. The Milk Shed is a smart single storey cottage converted from a barn on a small holding a mile from the Devon village of Plymtree. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a zip and link twin, with a shower room with walk-in shower basin and WC. The living area is open plan with a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen with a microwave, air fryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent but sorry, no smoking. barn. Shop 1.7 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: There is a welcoming basket of goodies on arrival. Note: There are steps leading into the property so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Dogs should be kept on a lead at all times due to livestock being close by.
