Its excellent location allows you to discover the Sierra de las Nieves, Marbella, Coín and the Costa del Sol in just a few minutes.



The property has a capacity for 10 people and has 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one of them with a hydromassage bathtub), a bright living room with Smart TV, fireplace and direct access to the terrace, as well as a fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, washing machine, tumble dryer and all the necessary kitchenware for a worry-free stay. It also has air conditioning in the living room and in four of the five bedrooms, high-speed wifi, cot and high chair. 🏡✨



One of its great attractions is its fantastic indoor leisure area, equipped with a pool table, table tennis, table football and darts, perfect for enjoying with family or friends all year round. 🎱🏓⚽



Outside you will find a spacious garden with impressive mountain views, private swimming pool with an original clover shape, which has an independent shallow children's area and an adult area of up to 2.20 metres, as well as a charcoal barbecue, outdoor kitchen with butane hob, hospitality fridge, spacious terraces and children's area with slide, swings and seesaw. 🏊‍♂️🌞🍖



The property accepts pets and has private parking for up to 6 vehicles within the grounds. The owner resides in a separate dwelling located at the rear of the property, with completely separate access, guaranteeing guest privacy throughout their stay.
