This 2bedroom/2 bathroom, 3-story Beach home has sweeping ocean and beach views out the double sliding glass windows and direct beach access which makes this coastal designed townhouse a dream come true. The unit has a bright and lovely tropical interior design with high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. Ideal for small family with children, friends or couples. Everyone will be mesmerized by the large windows that showcase the spectacular ocean view. Binoculars on hand to view the plentiful sea life of dolphins, seabirds and turtles.

You are only steps away from long, relaxing beach walks, shell collecting and a swim in the warm tropical waters. Melbourne Beach Vacation

We had a really nice vacation. This house is right on the beach. The location and house layout is very quiet and nice. We will definitely go back for another visit.

Wonderful beach location

I would highly recommend this beach house. The ocean views are amazing. The home has everything you need and is very comfortable and delightfully furnished. We surfed at Cocoa Beach, did a chartered fishing trip at Sebastian Inlet, kayaked at Merritt island reserve, ate at Longdoggers and ice cream at Brevard Creamery (key lime soft serve the best). Would recommend all. Hanging on the beach at the house so fun. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property on a wonderfuly quiet beach. Mostly older community which we wanted. Great restaurants around and activities. Not far from some great golf courses. The only thing that could be perceived as a negative with this property is the garbage disposal did not work and the property could be looked at as bare bones. We feel that we got our moneys worth with a week at this Condo.

Requested: communication with owner would me

Would be so nice to have owner answer questions or concerns while at beach location. Nice location. Wish there was a pool. Had ants in kitchen and sliding doors on lower level would not open, but held off complaining. However we were told one price and paid another and told we would Receive a refund at the end of our stay. House was left completely cleaned except laundry. Dishes done, floors mopped and vacuumed, deck clean yet after 7 notes to owner we received absolute zero response. We are being ignored. I am very disappointed

Perfect!

The house is exactly as described and we were comfortable and happy! The beach is beautiful and wasn't crowded at all. The neighborhood is lovely with convenient shopping. Highly recommend!!

Love this Townhome

I grew up in the area, and we try to get back to the Melbourne area often to visit with relatives. We loved staying in Elise's townhome, which is right on the water and has great views of the beach from both levels. The accommodations are very comfortable, and Elise was available for any questions we had. We had everything we needed, and there is a Publix supermarket just down the road. The property has everything you need to spend a day on the beach: towels, beach chairs, parasol and there's even some fishing gear. We highly recommend this property if you're planning on staying in the Melbourne area, and I'm hoping to stay here again on my next trip.

We were looking for a place on the beach without the crowds and this townhome was perfect. There was rarely more than 3 groups of people sitting on the beach. The house was clean and provided all of the basic necessities. The host was exceptional as she took the time to text me suggestions for activities when our first couple of days were rainy. She also had Amazon deliver a new coffee maker the next day when we told her the pot was cracked. We spent many hours sitting on the balcony during the afternoons and evenings. It was a perfect restful getaway.

Great Spot

Property owner Elise was excellent to work and communicate with and explained everything about the property. The view of the ocean was splendid and sitting on the deck listening to the ocean and people watching was great. The stretch of beach was relatively sparse and was told by a few people I talked to on the beach that it was the reason they loved it here as it was maybe the least crowded beach in the state!! The water temperature was perfect and on most days even smaller children could enjoy the water without fear. The condo had all the kitchen equipment to easily make meals and there were seasonings, oils, flour, etc. and even a stash of popcorn to use. There was a very nice Publix market within a short drive and an eclectic market also nearby (a wine connoisseur's paradise!!). Restaurants were abundant without driving to far also. Elise provided beach chairs and umbrella and we took some very long walks down the beach. BTW, it is a great beach for shell hunting!! There was also a walk way parallel to the highway that was great for jogging, walking and bike riding out of the way of the traffic (which was really not very heavy). We were there for Founders Day which brought in a lot of local artisans. Our stay was two weeks so got to know the neighborhood and the condo well. Interesting that there were absolutely no bugs/mosquitos of any kind until the last couple of days when all the condos were hit with a plague of love bugs!!! Thankfully, their presence did not last too long. It was a very pleasant two weeks.

Amazing view and feel

What a great view and feel. It was so cozy and welcoming just coming in. I felt the peace of the ocean breeze as I drank my coffee every morning. We made it to Kenedy space center one day and that was fun also. Elise was an amazing host and had everything we needed for our breakfast and cooking needs. She even had some great patio furniture to watch the waves with!

Much needed time!!

What a wonderful peaceful stay! The only crowds on the beach we saw were the herons fighting over the fisherman's bait! Elise was an awesome host welcoming us and checking to see if we needed anything. We had everything we needed for the kitchen, since we only eat out a few times on our stay. Thank you for a wonderful get away that was very much needed!

Facing and located directly on the beach!!!

Updated condo, with amazing views of the beach/ocean. Very open from kitchen to living area. Master bedroom bed was A+++ and bathroom was excellent. No disappointments, 3.5* in every way, and max 4* owner! Downstairs bedroom was just as excellent, and bathroom was above average! Very happy with everything! Will stay again!

Very Relaxing

Townhouse was very clean and in a great location - peaceful and right on the beach. Beach was very quiet with never more than a few people on it. The water was beautiful - got to see numerous turtles and found some nice shells. Many nearby restaurants and ice cream places. Would definitely recommend and would like to come back in future.

Weekend Getaway

We were just looking for a weekend getaway. This was perfect, the sound of the Ocean, the warm sun the Gorgeous area, and most of all the comfortable Amenities. The home is clean well decorated, and has great views. We will be back. Thank you!

We have enjoyed many years bringing our sons, family and friends up to Melbourne Beach. Melbourne is "Our Happy Place" with wonderful memories and I hope it will be for you too!
