Great house for our yearly boys trip

Great spot for our yearly boys ski trip. Game room was perfect entertainment for our 8 night stay this year keeping us busy playing ping pong and pool every night. The boulder walking trail down the street was also very cool and scenic to go visit. No complaints or issues with the neighborhood as it was always quiet and peaceful. Overall we were all happy with our stay at this house and had a great time from check in to check out! Highly recommend!

Closer to North Conway

It was a nice property, easy to locate, convenient to North Conway. Property Manager was very prompt in communicating with us. We enjoyed our stay and the games in the lower level were great fun! Enjoyed the fire pit and grill. Open kitchen, dining, living room.

Outstanding - Right near Conway

Thank you Mike and Dawn. Italians always get it right. :) Great place, just off the main artery 16 and 112 113, baseball throw from the transfer station. I'm just getting started. We had some sun on the way up, then rain. However, this lil place had indoor fun, pool table, foosball, and ping pong to help make it fun til it cleared up. Everyone had a place to sleep, even bringing the last in law around..ahem... it was manageable. Epic! First Vrbo for us. Much love!!

Annual trip for Fryeburg Fair

Property was clean, condiments in refrigerator and plenty of common things in cabinets. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table.

Short Getaway

Great location. Nice open home with plenty of room. Disappointed with Rec Room as the pool table and ping pong table were both quite worn to the point where it affected the game. Master bed was quite old and not comfortable as it sank in the middle...husband had to sleep on sofa due to uncomfortableness.

We hade to fix the pool table leg so it wouldn’t fall apart and all the towel racks need attention. But the house was clean and very cozy and nice

Spacious and accommodating

This property was so spacious. We had 4 adults, two 15 yr old's, one 9 year old, and three 7 year old's for a week stay. No one was stepping on each other, and everyone had a place to sleep comfortably. The game room was a hit for all the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and supplies. The ease to communicate with the owner was great. There are a few lake beaches around to choose from a few mins away from the property along with groceries stores.

Great house for a group

What a great house! We had a group staying for a wedding in the area and there was plenty of room for everyone. The game room and fire pit were huge hits. We would absolutely stay here again.

welcoming home away from home

The place was clean and had a nice relaxed vibe. It was spacious yet warm and welcoming. My kids and I both enjoyed the game room and the gas fireplace. I'd love to return and explore the hiking trails just a short walk down the street.

Great location and perfect for our family

The host was accommodating and very responsive. The house perfectly fit my sister and our daughters ages 12-21. The game room was fun and the property was accurately depicted. Thank you for a great stay!

A little notice

Good location, property manager didn’t disclose that you would need to bring your own blankets prior to arrival due to Covid- a heads up would have been appreciated. Also, the garbage fee that’s posted on the fridge and in the pdf for house rules was wrong, it clearly states it’s $2 a bag however it’s $5 .

could use an upgrade

I love the property and the location but I notice there was no change from the time i went 5 years ago. The tv's are out dated and the young kids couldn't play or watch any tv in the game room. It took me awhile to figure out each tv in each room. Over all i had a nice time. Another thing that is odd is paying 5 dollars a bag to empty your trash when it says it only cost 3 dollars. I think if your paying for cleaning service there should be a better option then paying 5 dollars to empty a small trash bag. I felt robbed. Once again I had a nice time.

I am from Revere MA. We love to go up snowmobiling right from the house and skiing. Summer time the lakes an North Conway and the many attractions around.
We enjoy sitting by the firepit or on the deck just relaxing.

This home is in a great location for summer or winter. In summer time it is location close to lakes and rivers . Easy drive to North Conway, Kangamangus , Storyland, Outlets and so much more. Enjoy a walk to boulder State park right down the street. In winter time you can bring your snowmobile with miles and miles of trail right down the street. Close to king Pine Ski resort and Cranmore .Mountain Resort. A perfect home to have fun and relax.

Enjoy the master bedroom with it own bath and walk in closet. love the fire pit in the back yard and screened in gazebo on the deck. We love the peacefulness of the area. Has 2 full baths.
