We stayed here with our 9 month old and had a great time. I asked for a late check out to help my little one nap a little longer and they were able to accommodate! We did lots of creek walks and the easy access to town was amazing. Very quiet and relaxing. Thank you!

I would stay here again. Riverwalk was on our backyard, great view of the mountain, wine store on our front door. The only issue was the Wi-Fi signal does not reach the back patio. I wanted to do some work on my laptop with the view of the mountain but couldn't.

Wonderful Location. Cozy, but has everything you need. We sat out back and enjoyed the views and easy to walk/bike on the trail right out your backdoor.Host/Management company is excellent! Attentive, fast to take care of things. Condo was clean and comfortable!! We would stay here again. The price is right for staying right in town.

We arrived for a one night stay. We checked in at 4pm and by 7pm there was no power to the building and was not expected to turn back on for 10-12 hrs according to public works. We were eating at a near by restaurant which also lost power. We called the property management which left a message saying to call the after hours phone number which we did. We left a message and no one returned our phone call. My husband called the next day and talked to someone from the property management and she told him the supervisor was out of town until Monday. Today is Monday and no one has called about refunding our stay. We did not stay the night, the place was completely clean and untouched from our 30 min stay before we left for dinner. We asked for a refund for our stay and no one has called us to discuss our stay. Poor property management and communication.

We enjoyed staying here for the second year in a row! We love that it backs up to the walking path along the stream and that is close to the gondola. We had an issue arise during our stay and the management company was very swift to address it.

Our stay at this condo for TBF was excellent. We enjoyed the property, which was well furnished and stocked. The location was excellent. The host was extremely helpful before and during the checkin process. I highly recommend.

First Time to Telluride

GREAT location! Easy walk to gondola and town. Plenty of room. Nice patio sitting area to enjoy the cool evenings. Would definitely stay again.

Nice unit, fantastic location

This unit was perfect for two people for a long weekend. There was a good amount of space and everything was comfortable. The patio facing the river path and stream were a wonderful amenity and we were able to reach almost anywhere in town in a 10 minute walk.

perfect stay in telluride!

Lodging in Telluride makes you feel at home! everything was seamless from booking to check-in to check-out. this condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable with the San Miguel river trail at your feet. main street telluride is just a few blocks away. we would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location, clean, tight

The condo is quite tight for a full family but we quickly got used to it and made it work. The location is great - close to both gondola and chair 7, right by the river path. The condo was very clean, with a nice shower.

Ski/snowboarding trip

This was the perfect place for us! It had everything we needed. We appreciated being on the first floor and that the back patio area backed up to the walking trail along the river. While my husband was snowboarding in the morning, my son could play in the snow in the little backyard area and chat with everyone walking by! Easy access to town and to the gondola!

Lodging In Telluride is a 100% locally operated vacation rental management company located in beautiful Telluride, Colorado. We aim to provide our guests with the most friendly, attentive service for your Telluride stay.

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines start at $500.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
