Ski/snowboarding trip

This was the perfect place for us! It had everything we needed. We appreciated being on the first floor and that the back patio area backed up to the walking trail along the river. While my husband was snowboarding in the morning, my son could play in the snow in the little backyard area and chat with everyone walking by! Easy access to town and to the gondola!

Nice unit, fantastic location

This unit was perfect for two people for a long weekend. There was a good amount of space and everything was comfortable. The patio facing the river path and stream were a wonderful amenity and we were able to reach almost anywhere in town in a 10 minute walk.

Excellent stay for TBF

Our stay at this condo for TBF was excellent. We enjoyed the property, which was well furnished and stocked. The location was excellent. The host was extremely helpful before and during the checkin process. I highly recommend.

Cozy condo close to everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, sitting on the back patio by the pathway and creek. In addition, a walk to the free gondola is 5 minutes and main street of town is 10 minutes. Great location and problem-free reservation and stay.

Convenient location, clean, tight

The condo is quite tight for a full family but we quickly got used to it and made it work. The location is great - close to both gondola and chair 7, right by the river path. The condo was very clean, with a nice shower.

First Time to Telluride

GREAT location! Easy walk to gondola and town. Plenty of room. Nice patio sitting area to enjoy the cool evenings. Would definitely stay again.

perfect stay in telluride!

Lodging in Telluride makes you feel at home! everything was seamless from booking to check-in to check-out. this condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable with the San Miguel river trail at your feet. main street telluride is just a few blocks away. we would definitely stay here again!

Telluride Biz Trip

Enjoyed the visit. Communication and information readily available. Clean, privacy and really warm and cozy! Enjoyed a splash in the hot tub looking up at star filled night sky, too. Easy and convenient to gondola, restaurants and anything I needed, really. Would stay again.

This is a great property and comes with all amenities. About a 5 min walk to two different lifts/gondola.

Everything was great! Washer and dryer came in handy!!!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. We walked to the chairlift (closer than the gondola) in about 4 minutes. The location was perfect, we didn’t use our rental car once during our stay because the mountain village and town were so easily accessible from the condo. We will be back!!

Wonderful stay

My husband and 2 teens had a comfortable stay in this efficient and nicely appointed condo. We absolutely loved the outside patio, along the river and walking path and being able to see the Gondola operating off in the distance. The condo was well stocked with essentials needed and good quality. It was really clean throughly too. Great plus was that we parked upon arrival and walked everywhere downtown and to hiking trails from there. We loved it and hope to be back again!

Viking lodge Telluride

Not as described. Supposed to have 1 parking space but it’s just open parking. I had to park on the street at night. No AC and you’re to open the windows at night. Unit had only 1 window in the front and the crank to open was broke. Only doors in the bedroom to open available to man or animal. Ceiling fans covered in dust that fell when turned on. Construction underway now with materials & worker using the space in front of the unit. Condo very crowded . I do not recommend this place.

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines start at $500.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
