The condo was exactly as described- small and cozy. Located on the quiet West end of Telluride in the middle of multiple small condo buildings with Main Street (Colorado) only blocks away. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic necessities were there and worked as intended. The free on-site parking was nice and the gondola to Mountain Village, Clark’s Market, multiple hiking trailheads, etc were only a short walk away. The host, Chris, was incredibly responsive and all the information and tips he provided were helpful. This is not the place with mountain views and high-end amenities, however if, like me, you spend 99% of your time outside and simply want a quaint, clean, and quiet spot that’s affordable to come back to after a long day of adventure, this is a great choice.

Super cozy with lots of amenities. You can walk to about anywhere in Telluride or to the gondola to go to Mountain Village. The balcony is small but had a good view. Very comfortable bed with good blackout of light. Chris was super and took care of the few requests we had very quickly. I could go on and on about the food, views and atmosphere. Suffice it to say, my wife and I definitely enjoyed a romantic 4 nights in this wonderful condo.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo during the Film Festival. Location, cleanliness, and comfort were all superb. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen available to us and the ease of check in and check out. Would highly recommend this cozy condo to anyone looking for a romantic stay in Telluride. Cozy

Property/room is small. The room was not cleaned when we first arrived but we were able to talk directly with the owner and he had the place cleaned within the hour. That said, we were unsure what all they did except change the sheets and give us new towels. Location is perfect as its close to town and we were able to walk to restaurants and the grocery store in town. The grocery store is expensive but it did have all that we needed. Please know that the room does not have air conditioning. There is a fan but we were still warm at night. We appreciated the small kitchen. I need fresh air and there is a small deck but we did not receive sunlight either in the morning or at night. These are just our personal preferences but I know there are others who need this too.

Charming compact studio unit that I rented during a ski trip. A lack of communication before the reservation created problems at check in but were resolved with VRBO customer assistance. However, communications with owner thereafter were excellent. Property is well maintained and I enjoyed the hot tub amenity. A grocery store is only a block away but one has a 10 minute walk to get to the ski lifts and to the center of town for most restaurants. There is a shuttle bus that operates through the evening.

Great place for two people

Perfect size for a couple or group of two. If in ski boots a small hike. Recommend ski/snowboard valet if you don't want to carry your gear for 10-15 minute walk. Easy access to hot tub and laundry. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great for a Couple Getaway!

We spent three nights here while celebrating our 15 year anniversary and it was a perfect spot for just the two of us! Great location, we were able to walk to town and get everywhere we wanted to go in just a few minutes. We had a great time in Telluride!

It was such a cute and cozy stay, perfect for 2 people. Parking was convenient and it’s super walkable to town. Chris was super responsive and prompt whenever I reached out. Lovely Accommodation, Great Location

My husband and I recently stayed here while attending the Telluride Mushroom Festival. The condo was wonderful - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Access to a parking space was especially valuable during a busy festival weekend. The convenience to be able to walk downtown to festival activities, restaurants, and even the grocery store was ideal. Communication with the host was excellent and responsive.

Perfect location and space!

This rental is the perfect location, we walked everywhere or took the Town bus that has a stop nearby. The driver will drop you at corner nearest the rental if you ask! The space was extremely clean and had everything we needed… fluffy towels, pillows of all sorts, lots of blanket options, tv, and a kitchen. We didn’t cook while we were there but it was great having the fridge for beverages and the option to cook if we had wanted. The grocery store is right across the street so it was extremely convenient to get snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay here again! Hoping to make a trip there in the summer/fall so my husband can see Telluride in its full glory. :)

Wonderful Winter Stay

The property was perfect for a holiday get away. Furnished to a exceptionally high standard with warm and inviting decor, we thoroughly recommend this property. The owners have maximised the space very well and the condo is excellently well equipped for it's size. Located within walking distance of everything Telluride has to offer, it is very easy to get to the gondola and up the mountain with no hassle.

Short stay in Telliride

The place was perfect for what we were looking for. It’s an easy walk into the main downtown area as well as the gondola to the Mtn Village area. Clark’s market is also very close. The property was very quiet. The unit was clean and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. There was plenty of parking on the North side of the building close to the unit.

Perfect little condo in Telluride

This was the perfect place to stay for my first trip to Telluride! The condo had all the things you would need to be comfortable and everything in town was within walking distance.
