Whether you are planning a seaside escape, exploring the South Downs, discovering Eastbourne’s fantastic selection of cafés, restaurants and pubs, or simply enjoying some time away from the everyday, Crown Cottage provides a comfortable and peaceful place to call home.

The cottage features two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need during your stay, a cosy lounge, and a private courtyard at the rear where you can enjoy a morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring.

For those evenings when you want to relax indoors, the cottage has large Smart TVs in both the main bedroom and lounge, each with access to Netflix. Guests can also enjoy a selection of board games and books provided at the property, offering the perfect way to spend a quiet evening together.

Crown Cottage is nestled in the heart of Eastbourne's historic Old Town, a charming conservation area that has retained much of its original village character. Long before Eastbourne became a popular seaside resort, Old Town was the centre of the local community, and today its tree-lined streets, period cottages and independent businesses make it one of the town's most desirable places to stay.

Just around the corner, you'll find a wonderful selection of independent cafés, bakeries, local shops and traditional pubs, including The Lamb and The Rainbow, both less than a two-minute walk from the cottage. Whether you're looking for a leisurely breakfast, a freshly brewed coffee or a cosy pub meal, everything is within easy walking distance.

Old Town is also home to the beautiful St Mary's Church, with parts of the building dating back to the 12th century, and the picturesque Motcombe Gardens, a peaceful green space featuring a duck pond, ornamental gardens and a café. It's the perfect place for a relaxing stroll or a quiet afternoon.

For walkers and nature lovers, the South Downs National Park is just moments away, offering spectacular countryside, rolling hills and scenic walking routes leading towards Beachy Head and the iconic Seven Sisters cliffs.
