Grandview 201 -

This luxurious and beautifully decorated beachfront condo is sure to make memories that will last a lifetime. With both the living area and the master suite offering balcony access, you will be able to listen to the soothing sounds of the Gulf and enjoy a unforgettable view. Upon entering the condo you will find an open living area with a large wraparound couch and accent chairs that surround a nice wall mounted TV for evening entertainment. The living area also features a custom built wet bar which is perfect for serving drinks and snacks. The open dining area has a large formal dining table that seats eight and sits beneath a beautiful sconce chandelier. You will also find a long counter top that has additional seating for four lucky guests.

The Master Bedroom has an en suite luxury bathroom that contains a deep soaking tub and a lovely double vanity as well as a walk-in shower. The Master Bedroom features a comfy King Size bed and a wall mounted TV that sits beside the private balcony access. You will also find another King Size bed in one of the guest bedrooms which also has a private en suite bathroom and a corner window which offers amazing views of the gulf. The other guest bedroom has two twin beds that has access to a full hallway bathroom.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Wet Bar + Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated Thanksgiving through Easter.

*Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply. All reservations submitted online are a request until receiving an email confirmation from Ocean Reef Resorts. First Stay at Miramar Beach

The location was perfect and the beach was beautiful. We had a fantastic view of the shoreline from the property and the access to the beach was very good. The condo was very roomy and was well furnished.

Home away from Home

Just WOW! 201 Grandveiw was one of the best units we've ever stayed in. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, Outlet, basically everything you desire on time away. Roomy yet cozy at the same time and THE VIEW! There aren't enough STARS to give! The walk to beach is better than most in the area due to shorter sand dunes with almost panoramic views from the balcony. You cant go wrong with this one. Ocean Reef Realty communicated with us every step of the way even during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were absolutely wonderful!

Nice unit in good location

This is a nice unit. Probably because we were at the end of the season, the kitchen was in disarray and in need of a good cleaning in the drawers, etc but it’s well stocked with pans and utensils, and small appliances. The dishes are Corelli but that was okay with us. The appliances were pretty new and the ice maker kept up with our needs. The whole unit just needs a deep cleaning, including the furniture and rugs. Understandably, keeping the tile floor clean-ish during our stay was pretty hard without a mop. There was a broom though. Washer and dryer were in good shape. We could have used more bathroom towels but we kept washing them. Our biggest complaint wasn’t the fault of the property manager or the owner but the elevator was a big problem. It didn’t work at check in which meant hauling everything up the stairs. It was fixed a few days later and then went out again the next day and didn’t work for check out either. We had small children with us so it wasn’t easy hauling them and all our beach stuff up and down a couple times a day. Beach service was great and only a small number of set ups. We didn’t deal with a crowd at all. Also, there was a Winn Dixie pretty much across the street which was very helpful. We will stay here again!
