Nice place - communication with property management was good. Broken latch on dyer - so technician had us use duct tape to hold door closed. The part was not available during our stay.

Neat, Clean, and Pretty Place to Stay

We walked in, and it looked just like the pictures - very clean and smelling nice. If you have a toddler, make sure to bring a baby gate for the stairs. The only thing is the concrete floor may need to be resealed - my toddler's feet were black with dust everyday! Otherwise, very nice.

Was pricey for what we got, not stocked enough for a 3 day stay. We ran out of things like toilet paper, trash bags etc. But other then that it was a great place to stay.

Family Trip

Was exactly as we expected and was on the site. We had a great time - it was perfect for my family (wife and myself plus a 3 and a 5 year old on the bunk beds) and my parents in the third room. The room was perfect and just what we needed. Only issue was the front left burner on the stove - it got way too hot and is a hazard. But really enjoyed and check in and out was very smooth and had everything we needed.

Family Vacation - Close to the beach!

We had a great time at this condo. There was plenty of room to accommodate the 6 of us and it was a short golf cart ride to the beach and the pool was a nice option on the days we didn't want to go to the beach. I will say, when we got there our outdoor chairs were broken and a fuse was blown upstairs, but I let the property manager know and they had someone out in less than 10 mins. Things to know: you are only provided 5 trash bags and you are expected to to bring/purchase anything additional, there is no detergent provided for the washer, there are no spices provided for cooking except for salt and pepper. Also, the front left burner on the stove has one setting: HOT! Other than those few things, we were satisfied and would consider staying here again.

The house was more then we expected it was absolutely beautiful!!

We would absolutely stay here again. It was so amazing and our kids loved being so close to the beach and then having a pool to play in after all the salt water. Very clean andEasy check in and check out.

Great condo!

This was great! Lots of other families for my kiddo to play with, and when I mentions things that needed to be addressed, management was quick and responsive. If we come back to Port A, this is definitely at the top of our list!

Was good for what we needed.

The home was nice. It could have been cleaner. There was dog hair in the bed so we just slept on the top of the covers. It was good enough for a short stay. The neighbors were partying up all night and very annoying. The community could of been a bit nicer. But the photos of the pool and house were realistic. It was fine for the price and short time.

Perfect beach getaway

We had a very relaxing few days here - it’s well located for most everything, and the accommodation itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. As a Brit I would have appreciated a tea kettle in the kitchen, but other than that, all other amenities were provided!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of gal pals and I rented this place for a quick girls weekend and it did not disappoint! It had plenty of room for everyone, beds were comfortable and super easy access to the beach. There were not a ton of cooking supplies, but the basics were definitely covered. If you’re needing something specific (and no pantry staples were included either) I would bring it with you. If you’re just looking for a place to lounge, relax and head to this beach then this place is for you! Parking passes were inside the rental when we arrived, the door code was sent to us the day of for entry, and the pool was easily accessed by all units. We had large parties staying on both sides of us and we could not hear a peep! The only negative I could say about this place is that it is not really 3 bedrooms. One “bedroom” is a TINY room with full size bunk beds (which are counted to sleep 2 per bed) with no closet and no window - making it not a bedroom. Other than that though, we all had a really great time! We would rent here again for sure.

Great location, great price, dog friendly!

We were pleasantly surprised by the townhouse and grounds that we stayed at. The place was really clean, especially considering it was pet friendly. It had all the amenities that we could need, including dishwasher, coffee maker, washer/dryer, etc. The community area (with a pool) was also well kept, with several grills available. For folks with pets - There are several areas near by with grass to let your little ones do their business :) We were only less than a mile from the beach, so either a walk or a golf cart ride a way was super easy! We decided to extend our stay another week, and the staff and cleaning staff were incredibly accommodating to get us out of one townhouse and into another due to our dogs. They were so nice and thoughtful. We are trying to figure out when we can get back for another long vacation, and would highly recommend these properties!

AWESOME PLACE

This unit was very clean, and well maintained. Honestly felt like a home away from home. The location was great. It was close to the beach and all of the stores. We absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend this property.

Reservation was changed to another location by the property manager.

We were supposed to stay here, but a scheduling conflict landed us at another property down the street. We did drive by this location and I rated the stars based on what I could see from the outside. The property management company was GREAT to work with.
